One on one sessions are highly individualized. Focused on your personal nutritional requirements, medical history and current medical conditions, lifestyle, fitness, food preferences, cultural and religious beliefs and budget. I use intuitive eating and behaviour modification techniques to instil long-term sustainable dietary change.

Initial Nutrition Assessment and Goal Setting

This session is for 60 minutes, to allow time for a comprehensive assessment of your current eating patterns, lifestyle & exercise habits. It is important to get a thorough history of your health and the factors that may be affecting your health. Once we have all the information, we will together set goals and a realistic & manageable nutrition plan to achieve them!

Follow Up – Progress Review

These sessions are for 30 minutes, designed to provide ongoing support and accountability to empower you to keep moving towards achieving your health goals. Subsequent sessions will help you build your confidence and create long-term success.

Medical Nutrition Therapy

APDs are qualified to deliver nutrition interventions for medical conditions – this is called Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). MNT includes components such as: nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, dietary interventions, ongoing monitoring, and evaluation of complex medical conditions.
